Have recurring thoughts of "what if"? I specialize in helping women heal from symptoms of Trauma, OCD, challenges in the Perinatal period, and Grief/loss. My approach blends proven methods to help reduce distress, build coping skills, and promote lasting emotional well-being. Light-heartedness and humor have a place in our sessions too. Difficult experiences can leave a lasting impact, but with support, meaningful healing is possible.
With nearly two decades of experience, I specialize in EMDR and Exposure therapies as well as perinatal support. Birth Trauma, Grief/loss & OCD are my focus. You'll experience life not distracted by certain feelings or thoughts. You'll recall troubling events with less pain and more positivity. Struggling moms will be able to enjoy time with their children.
