She may be struggling with PMADs, chronic stress, people-pleasing, mom guilt, emotional reactivity, or burnout. I offer a nurturing, nonjudgmental space to process emotions, build healthy boundaries, and reconnect with yourself — whether you are in motherhood, preparing for it, or simply navigating the complexities of being a woman.

I help women navigate perinatal mental health, anxiety, and life transitions. As a PMH-C with 10 years of experience in ER, inpatient, and outpatient settings, I offer expert, compassionate support to process emotions, build coping skills, and restore balance during overwhelming seasons.

Heart & Soul Social Work offers structured clinical supervision for new clinicians pursuing licensure in Maryland. The program includes two biweekly group sessions and one individual session per month, all virtual and statewide. Group sessions provide case consultation, skill-building, and peer support; individual sessions focus on personalized feedback and growth. Supervision is led by Rebecca, a board-approved LCSW-C supervisor and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional with 10 years’ experience across ER, inpatient, and outpatient settings. Her warm, grounded, and conversational approach guides clinicians on challenging cases, documentation, assessments, and treatment planning, fostering confidence, competence, and resilience.
