Navigating the complexities of daily life can often feel overwhelming, particularly when faced with unprocessed trauma, behavioral challenges in children, or a lack of support in relationships. In my practice, I strive to create a calm and supportive environment for women, children, couples, and families, fostering growth and resilience through person-centered therapy. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, attachment, women’s issues, relationships, Adverse Childhood Experiences, family dynamics, and building resilience.
I am particularly passionate about helping women rediscover their joy through self-compassion and exploring the vital connection between the mind and body. I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health from Upper Iowa University and a Master’s Degree in Education from Peru State College.
My experiences in Clinical Mental Health and Education, coupled with my personal journey, enable me to connect meaningfully with individuals from all walks of life. I invite you to share your story so that we can work together to process, heal, and unveil your incredible potential.
