I work from a lifespan approach in that as I have experience across a wide range of ages and treatment settings . An ideal client is one who is seeking a personalized plan with a committed practitioner and values self awareness and their own growth. I work with children, teens, adults , families, couples.

My specialty area is with children and families. I work with people between the ages of 3-65. My ideal client is a person who initiates therapy and is open to change and interested in setting goals that are important for their wellbeing. I work from a humanistic angle, am client centered and integrate diverse interventions utilize a collaborative approach.
