I work with individuals to help them overcome anxiety, mood instability, and manage stress. I understand the impact trauma can have on functioning and aim to help you change unhelpful patterns. I specialize in treating anxiety (via exposure therapy) and enjoy working with mood disorders, life transitions, relationship issues, and caregiving fatigue. I am passionate about education and am an adjunct professor at Florida State College at Jacksonville. I love helping professionals and offer supervision for registered clinical social work interns!
