My expertise includes evidence-based treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, birth trauma, infertility, perinatal loss, and early parenting. I also treat adults with general depressive and anxiety disorders, trauma, who are navigating life transitions, and/or struggling with relationship difficulties.
I have specialized training in Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Family-Based Interpersonal Psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, Behavior Activation, The Mind Body Program for Fertility, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Prolonged Grief Treatment, Circle of Security Parenting, and am certified in EMDR through EMDRIA.
