Hi there, I'm Rebecca! My name is Rebecca Brasch. I’m a licensed mental health counselor licensed in Florida, Utah, Montana, Washington, and Idaho, with more coming soon. I’ve been a therapist for 11 years. I enjoy working with a variety of clients and diagnosis. I have an eclectic therapeutic approach. This allows me to use different theoretical approaches to best met your unique needs. I frequently pull techniques from cognitive behavior, dialectical behavior, acceptance and commitment, solution-focused brief therapy, and mindfulness based cognitive therapies.
I would say my communication style is relaxed and laid back. Therapy inherently can be uncomfortable at times, I don’t want our communication to be. I like to create an environment that is safe, and comfortable. I want you to feel like you are talking with a trusted friend who is focused on you and offers more than advice.
I look to the client to set their goals for our time together. We will work collaborate together on how to accomplish those goals! I believe you already have the answers, I just get the privilege of helping you navigate towards them.
