Welcome, I am glad you are here. Seeking therapy takes courage, but it can also offer the greatest fulfillment known to humans - to truly know & trust yourSelf. My name is Rebecca, I am an IFS-informed therapist who is passionate about serving others in finding & fulfilling their heart's deepest purpose & desires. By working through my own CPTSD obstacles I experientially learned how to create a more meaningful life & would love to be alongside you in doing the same. I currently serve folks working through trauma, relational issues, depression, anxiety, mental illness, health issues, addiction or other daily life stressors.
I approach therapy from a compassionate, harm-reduction philosophy using tools like: Internal Family Systems (IFS); Acceptance and Commitment Therapy; somatic interventions (e.g., yoga & EMDR); and other mindfulness-based approaches. I see issues as invitations to bring awareness to what is present so the healing power of witnessing can work its magic.
As a 1st generation Romanian-American, and 1st generation college graduate, I love connecting w/ diverse backgrounds, ages, and identities - all are welcome. I am passionate about serving others in (re)connecting to their natural inner wisdom to deepen trust in their true Selves, which I deeply believe is the only source that can guide you home to destiny.
