About
I work with individuals, families, and couples. I will meet you where you are, and walk your pathway along side you, helping to navigate through hurts, struggles, confusion, pain, and hard experiences. We will also celebrate your victories together. I absolutely love working with couples. I often hear, "I don't do emotions." Yes, we do, we get there, and we move. I help couples come together and understand themselves and each other. The work we do together is about hope, discovery, understanding, connection, growth, and healing.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I focus on the system- how important others have shaped you: your view of self and others, self-esteem, self-worth, confidence, values, beliefs, etc. Our work moves through Humanistic, Attachment, Existential, EFT, and EMDR theories and approaches. I have completed EFT Externship, EFT Core Skills, and EMDR trainings.
We are unique, and yet we all need the same things. Come see me, tell me your story, and let’s connect.
