Waitlist for new clients
Everyone deserves to tell their story and to be listened to with respect and dignity. My passion is to give people a safe space to tell their stories so they can start on their path of healing. I assist my clients with finding a different perspective about their story or problem so they can build better relationships, navigate the future, and heal completely as a person.

I have been trained in different modalities. Majority of the time one modality isn't going to fit everyone. I do have a specialty in trauma-focused CBT. I have the ability to meet you face-to-face or through telehealth (either from a Life Connections office or from your home).
Reaching out can be hard, you've already taken the first step. I look forward to hearing from you.
