Life can be complex. Take a step towards comfort and change! Therapy can help to nurture the healthy growth and development of your life and your relationships. The ultimate goal is to help you to create healthy bonds that bring joy to your life and relationships. I have experience working with children of all ages from infancy to young adulthood. I want to support you in the challenges of parenting. Together we can work to find an approach that fits you and your child.
I also specialize in working with young professionals, and adults in their 20s and 30s. I want to help you find your way during this transition, in your career, intimate relationships, and emotional development. Therapy can help to guide you along this very important journey.
I enjoy applying creative therapeutic modalities to all of my cases. My special interests include: mindfulness, art therapy, play therapy, parenting, sibling relationships, trauma, emerging adulthood, and infant and child development. Rebecca Bokoch's Groups

Child Mindfulness-Based Art Therapy

Mindfulness-based child therapy groups can help to anchor your child! Mindfulness is a very grounding practice that is supportive of helping children with emotion regulation, executive functioning, and peer and family relationship problems. Group therapy is also a great way to build social skills and make new friends! In these groups, I use a mindfulness art psychotherapy approach, where the children will be able to practice mindfulness, share experiences, and engage in reflective art processing activities.
