About
My role is to help adults understand and find relief from their anxiety, depression, relationships issues, and trauma. The approach to therapy focuses on helping you to gain a better understanding of yourself, and your emotions through collaboration of identifying problems, and establishing goals for positive change. My intention is to help you bring peace and fulfillment into your life.
I use a holistic, strengths-based approach, including, CBT, Solution Focused, and Person-Centered . Everyone should have a safe place to work through life's difficulties. Through collaboration, we can work to explore barriers in order to reach goals, increase self-awareness, and gain new perspectives for healing.
You've taken the first step! Thank you for taking this great step towards healing and health. Let's work together to develop a safe and trusting space to explore how difficulties are impacting you and your potential. Email or call for an appointment!
