Grief Group- Closed
This virtual group for adults takes place around the holidays where grief can be louder than usual. Join us for 8 weeks where you will: Learn coping skills, learn more about grief, gain support from others, improve mental health symptoms associated with grief. A grief therapy group provides a compassionate space for individuals to share their experiences and find support from others who understand the challenges of loss. An intro call is needed before starting the group to gather information and determine if you are a good fit.
