My focus is healing trauma. I know how much strength it requires to make the decision to seek a therapist. It’s important to make time for mental self-care just like you would schedule a workout or physical. Sometimes we all need a little extra help or an outside perspective. My goal is you feel welcomed, accepted, and validated by being your true self with me.
