Healing isn’t a straight line, and sometimes the smallest steps forward create the biggest changes. I work with teenagers, young adults, and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space where you can begin to untangle what feels overwhelming and start moving toward the life you want.
I am trained in CBT, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused CBT). These approaches can help you process painful experiences, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and build healthier coping tools. My style is warm and collaborative I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable showing up as your full self.
I’ve been in the field for five years and continue to be inspired by the resilience and growth I see in my clients. I work best with teens, young adults, and adults navigating transitions, self-worth, and family or peer relationships. My goal is to walk alongside you, remind you that healing is possible, and help you recognize your own strength.
