My name is Rebecca Banke, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy that is individualized to your own needs, strengths, and goals. I believe you are the true expert in your life, and we will work in collaboration to reach your treatment goals. I have worked with a variety of different populations aging from 14 years old and on. My experience is typically with those who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life adjustments and work/school related conflicts.
I have a passion for providing support to women in careers struggling with the feelings of wanting more, high pressure work environments or parent guilt- all leading to questioning your decisions, feeling overwhelmed, anxious or burned out.
As cliche as it sounds but making the world a better place is what drives me to do this work. I believe in the Power of One; it only takes one person to make us not feel so alone, to be a listening ear, to care and to make a difference! My goal is to provide an inviting, relaxed and comfortable environment with glimmers of joy, light humor and kindness.
