I have 16+ years of experience specializing in eating disorders, trauma, body image, dissociation, and relational challenges. I integrate IFS (Internal Family Systems), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Somatic Experiencing (SE), offering trauma-informed, body-based therapy. I love seeing my clients succeed.
