I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in substance abuse, addiction, trauma, depression, and anxiety to name a few. I have over 21 years of experience working in the mental health and substance abuse fields. We will do this through a variety of therapeutic approaches, personal discovery, and feedback. I am trained in providing Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Seeking Safety, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Anger Management, and Harm Reduction to help facilitate change for those suffering from addiction, grief, self-esteem, and life changes.
I am excited to be working with single moms and dads, individuals suffering from addiction those experiencing loss and grief as well as someone struggling with a personality disorder, and those struggling from anger.
I do this from a space of compassion with a client-centered approach. I am dedicated to helping dually diagnosed individuals. I am personable and nonjudgmental, and I sincerely enjoy listening to people and their stories, in order to get to the root of what’s causing barriers in your life.
