There are so many surprises and experiences in the world to shape and grow us, some of which can be life-changing or hard to move past. It is easy to become voiceless, bottle things up, or notice that you completely have changed yourself to merely get by. Normalcy is often what everyone wants, but yet, to achieve it can be a constant battle with unending emotions. I have an innate drive and passion for supporting others and helping them reach their full potential as they navigate through transitions, adolescence, and other milestones in life, regardless of age group.
I generally use solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered and reality therapy to help explore your strengths and overcome your setbacks. My areas of focus are working with life transitions, behavioral issues, anxiety, stress, self-esteem building, positive coping skills, learning self-care, and relationship issues.
My absolute goal is to provide a warm and safe environment for building rapport and allowing the therapeutic relationship to do its work.
