About
Taking the first step is not always easy but can often be necessary to see positive changes within our lives. My goal as a therapist is to work in collaboration with each individual client to identify unique strengths and innate potential while also providing an accepting, non-judgmental and compassionate space in which clients can grow and heal. It is my belief you are the expert of your own life. My role as a therapist is to provide you with a safe space where you are free to explore feelings free of judgment.
I see adults and adolescents who are living with trauma, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, career stress and relationship issues. My own personal life journey has taken me through the painful trauma recovery process and I, too have experienced difficult periods of reluctant personal growth.
Life can be difficult, but therapy can help. If you are looking for a therapist who will provide a safe space free of judgment and are ready to start your journey towards healing, please contact me for a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we are a good fit. If I am not, I will be glad to help you with finding a therapist who is.
