As an Art Therapist and licensed professional counselor, I provide a different approach to therapy by engaging you in a creative process that allows you to reimagine new versions of yourself. I tend to work with people experiencing sadness, anxiety, anger, and challenges related to the immigrant experience and eating and body image. My specialization of art therapy is a unique training that will allow us to join as a collaborative team, focusing on your strengths while acknowledging the barriers you'd like to break through. In addition to Art therapy, I am trained in EMDR, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, DBT and ACT.
