Psychotherapy is a space to bring all the facets of your being for nonjudgmental exploration and compassionate inquiry. My practice centers Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing treatment (EMDR) and ego state psychotherapy. We'll work with emotional self-states and learn from theories of affective neuroscience, interpersonal neurobiology, traumatic stress, historical trauma, and systemic oppression. We may also consider existential and spiritual questions.
