When you decide to come to therapy, you get to be vulnerable and explore the fears and tough feelings that you worry you cannot reveal to the people you love. I understand the need to be vulnerable and have worked to create a safe place for those exploring their fears and feelings. I have a drive for helping individuals, couples, and families discover their self-worth and by assisting those who are determined to overcome life’s most challenging moments; I believe that everyone can heal, grow, and change if the desire is present. It will take time and dedication, but real change is possible.
I specialize in working with children (12+) adolescents, individuals, couples, and families overcoming mental illness, stressors, and life transitions including immigration, deployment, family additions, and long-distance moves. I have extensive experience working with couples and evoking change in their relationships through humor and skill building.
I have a passion for helping people understand their pain, determine a plan of action, and implement changes in their lives that are long-lasting. I provide an open-minded and relaxed approach that focuses on collaborating with my clients to best help them realize their full potential.
