When you choose to begin therapy, you open the door to vulnerability and the exploration of fears and emotions that may feel too difficult to share with loved ones. I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for this journey. With a commitment to helping individuals uncover their self-worth and navigate life's most challenging moments, I believe in the power of healing, growth, and change when driven by genuine desire. While this process requires time and dedication, real and meaningful transformation is entirely possible.
I work with adolescents, individuals, couples, and families navigating mental health concerns, complex dynamics, and major life transitions. My style is warm, direct, and grounded in humor. I specialize in affair recovery and helping couples rebuild trust and connection using EFT, the Gottman Method, and Solution-Focused therapy.
I’ve served diverse communities since 2019, including the BIPOC community, trauma survivors, and military families. I earned my BSW from Methodist University (2017) and MSW from Fayetteville State (2019). As a parent and a business owner, I bring a thoughtful, collaborative approach to help clients create lasting change.
