I specialize in addressing trauma, which includes developmental, generational, and shock traumas. Through an integrated approach, my work is about healing the soul and finding light and joy again in body, mind, heart, and spirit. My work is truly transformational, according to many of my clients.
I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and an ICF-accredited Professional Certified Executive Coach. My therapeutic approach also integrates work from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, bodywork modalities, and the Enneagram.
You have it in you to heal from trauma, including childhood trauma. Many people think that trauma cannot be resolved. That is the furthest from the truth.
