Thank you for viewing my profile, taking the steps toward positive change takes courage and strength. Within my practice I provide every client a strength based approach that is solution focused. I have many years (18yrs) working with individuals, couples and families. I've been fortunate to work with so many couples, guide, bring hope and reconnection back to the relationship. Helping my clients feel that they can overcome the challenges they are faced with and together, with support we work through these challenges. I've also dedicated 9 years of full time work Palliative care and Oncology adults and children for end of life.
I have been working with couples facilitating change by finding their way back to each other, using Emotion Focused Therapy to help identify destructive patterns in a relationship that begin to interfere with attachments that are preventing connection. Grief therapy dedicated full time work over 9 yrs in oncology & palliative care adults & children.
Making the courageous decision to seek guidance and support in addition to finding a good fit is so important. I am interested in supporting and facilitating positive changes with positive outcomes.
