As an trauma focused and EMDR trained provider, we'll process experiences and gain skills to manage relationship challenges, dissatisfying behaviors, neurodivergence, caretaker stress, overwhelm, sadness, transitions, guilt/shame, mood and worry. This means they are better equipped to manage depression, anxiety, relationships, self esteem, grief, transitions and more.
