I’m a warm and down-to-earth therapist who enjoys helping people make sense of what they’re going through and find practical ways to feel better. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have over 20 years’ experience supporting clients with things like stress, anxiety, relationships, and life changes. My specialty has been children and adolescents and their families, but I also enjoy working with female clients ages 15-55.
My style is relaxed, supportive, and focused on what works best for you. Your unique story is important to me, so we’ll move at your pace and work together to help you feel more confident and in control. As I walk alongside you in your healing, I will be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.
During our first session, you’ll have space to share your story and what you hope to gain from therapy. In future sessions, we’ll continue exploring your experiences and work toward your goals. You can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space, where we work together to better understand your thoughts, feelings, and challenges.
