Life is a journey that has expected and unexpected twist and turns. My goal as a therapist is to educate, equip, and empower my clients with tools and guidance to help them navigate the difficult moments in life. I recognize that my clients hold the key to their healing and break through. I will aid my clients by walking alongside and partnering with them through this difficult part of the journey.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specialize in working with adults struggling with anxiety and depressive disorders as well as severe mental illness (SMI) such as Bipolar Disorder and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I also provide ethical and informative clinical supervision to Certified Social Workers (CSW) seeking licensure.
I use an authentic, holistic, client-center, trauma and cultural informed approach to help you cultivate a more meaningful life as you work towards your healing and break through. My intention is to help you see that you have the victory and are no longer the victim.
