Hello, my name is Reannin Weinstein, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My clinical background includes providing therapy to children, individuals, and families. I believe therapy should be a collaboration between client and therapist that focuses on listening, empathizing, accepting, and partnering to help each client reach their goals. I have worked with individuals from the ages of 3 months to 65 and older. I have had the pleasure of working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, bi-polar disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, ADHD, Schizophrenia, and everything in between.
My approach is a systems approach and explores how each client's systems interact with each other to offer support. I work collaboratively with clients to explore feelings, relationships, and thoughts while working to modify behaviors and develop supportive systems.
The tone in my sessions is one of warmth, collaboration, partnering, humor, and honesty. I may act as a confidant, advocate, coach, mediator, or mirror. I encourage my clients to explore and express their feelings through examining thoughts, developing insight, and utilizing accountability.
