I provide evidence-based treatment, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).

I specialize in treating OCD and PTSD. My background includes extensive work with the military population and individuals navigating trauma, OCD and anxiety related disorders, depression, eating disorders, and substance use. As an active member of the military and my personal experiences, I bring a deep respect for how trauma and identity are shaped.

I help clients break free from cycles of intrusive thoughts and work with all OCD presentations, including contamination, harm, relationship, sexual, scrupulosity, checking, symmetry, health-related OCD, and primarily mental or “Pure O” OCD.
