I can help you if you are struggling with depression, anxiety, emotional disturbance, sexual issues and life transitions. As an eclectic therapist I treat each of my clients as an individual. I use different types of therapies to cater to the special need of each of my clients. I use evidence based treatment such as Solution Focus, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I incorporate motivational interviewing. I also help you strengthen your self-esteem to alleviate symptoms.
