Helping with life transitions, stress and life decisions is also how I aim to help others to live their best possible life. My greatest strength as a counselor is my ability to listen with empathy. In working as a school counselor I have years of experience in working with not only school aged children and adolescents, but in also working with their parents and extended families. Good Day, I'm Charron. Happiness is an inside job. My name is Charron Brasher, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), currently practicing in the state of Texas via telehealth. I work with young and older adults, specializing in depression, anxiety, work/life balance, family, and relationship challenges, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy to assist clients in achieving their happiness.

I began my education in the mental health field and spent my initial years training with great counselors and working at all levels of treatment. I have worked with adults, adolescents and young adults. After many years of working for other treatment providers I made the decision in 2009 to open my own practice. In addition to my private practice, I co-host a podcast called Life, Lived Better and work with Foundation 45 an incredible non-profit organization in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area that assists individuals with suicide prevention, addiction and mental health awareness.

Njideka Obi is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor with 7 years of experience in mental health. She has extensive experience helping clients from all walks of life, including from working in private practice and community health settings. Njideka is dedicated to helping people of all ages, including children, adolescents, teens, and adults, to overcome the challenges of life and lead healthy, functional lives. She specializes in treating various conditions like anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, anger, grief and loss, adjustment, trauma, and more.

My passion lies in utilizing my education, experience, and skills to empower individuals to build upon their strengths and navigate their weaknesses. Recognizing the inherent difficulties in transitions, I am dedicated to helping clients establish new perspectives and discover healthy coping skills.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor whose foundation is Christian-based. As a professional, I am here to listen, counsel, and guide others into a healthier mindset and to chose positive choices. Having been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 1999, I have counseled numerous clients with a variety of issues.
