Not feeling okay is fine but not getting support is not okay. I take an eclectic approach and use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral, Reality Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Solution Focused, Reality Based, and psycho-education to individuals age 5 and up. My theory is that when people have hope and can learn to challenge and replace irrational thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes, people are free to experience change.

As a former Professional School Counselor, I specialize in talk therapy for adolescents, particularly high school athletes and students experiencing feelings of depression and anxiety. My goal is to help students understand their own emotional patterns and support them in making healthier choices. I especially enjoy working with students faced with anxiety, balancing sports/school/life, and setting goals for themselves. With the right tools, I can help with you move towards a better outlook on any issues that life brings your way.
