I became a therapist because I think everything begins with looking at life through your car window, and not holding any judgment on the feelings and experiences that come from that perspective. Many times we're led here because everything in our life feels too complicated- my role involves working by your side to learn how to untangle what feels too heavy and impossible. Noelle Johnson is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor with experience in hospital, inpatient, and residential levels of care. She is passionate about offering a non-judgmental, direct, and compassionate approach to aid clients in building resiliency and addressing their concerns in a safe and productive manner. She has experience with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, psychosis, and mood disorders. Noelle completed both her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Auburn University.

Rachel is a licensed clinical social worker who provides therapy to individuals who are searching for an increased sense of emotional well-being and inner peace. She firmly believes that we all hold the answers within ourselves, but that we sometimes just need a little help accessing our own truth. Rachel utilizes strengths-based interventions, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy in her work with clients. She has a strong background working with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and substance use. Rachel honors the individual and is inclusive of all cultural, religious, and political perspectives.

I have been a therapist for 22 years and have worked in this field for 23 years. I have extensive experience in crisis intervention, depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress management. I want to help my clients develop self-awareness and coping skills for their challenges by utilizing their strengths and social supports. Clients must be motivated to get help so they can eventually help themselves. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

I have been in the social services/medical arena for over 20 years with widely diverse populations. I work with individuals, couples and families dealing with addiction and other behavioral health issues. I have extensive experience working with the elderly, individuals with chronic illness, chronic mental illness and those battling obesity and seeking bariatric surgery, domestic violence and chronic mental illness. I often work with an Addiction Medicine Specialist and can offer individualized supportive addiction/recovery therapy. I enjoy diversity and exploring our similarities and differences. I have a Master of Family Therapy Degree in addition to being a LMFT.

I am a certified life coach consultant whose passion and service is to help others improve their lives and reach their goals. I specialize in assisting youth in their self-discovery. I assist them in creating a blueprint on how to fit, understand, and be part of society. Youth experience traumatic emotions and can be deeply troubled and misguided. Parents become confuse and inpatient about their teens behaviors and decision making. My coaching techniques aim to help youths be positive, organize and responsible, grow confidence, become people-person, improve their lifestyle, and follow their dreams.
