I am passionate about affecting change in others and I believe that by helping people change their beliefs you can help them change their lives. My ultimate goal is to give you the tools you need so that you don't need me! I have worked with client's from many different cultures and backgrounds and I would be delighted to work with you! I love people and have been gifted with the ability to connect with and reach almost anyone. I believe in doing what works for the individual. Therapy is about making you stronger not making me feel smarter.
I have developed and led workshops on suicide prevention, anger management, relationships and personal development. I have specialized training in critical incident and stress management (CISM) as well as experience with military, law enforcement and minorities.
I have written a book "What If" about my experiences and self-improvement.
I am christian. I will do what works for you. There are many factors that contribute to the positive outcome of the therapeutic experience. Together we will develop an individualized plan that will teach you new skills and further develop your strengths. I am trained in EMDR and Heart Math.
