I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that works with adolescents and adults with a variety of issues. I understand that life does not always go exactly as we have hoped and that sometimes we need a little extra support to get it on track. I would love to be the person to support you in achieving your goals for yourself or your family. In my current practice I address difficulties with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, behavior problems, family issues, adjustment difficulties, communication problems, codependency, and parenting.

My sole purpose as a counselor is to help guide my clients through the struggles that so many of us must learn to navigate. Since each of us walks a unique path in pursuit of happiness and mental health, I believe in working together with clients to find their best answers.

In these difficult and challenging times, life can easily become overwhelming. It is our goal to walk with you or your loved ones that may be struggling. Through empowerment and healing, we can navigate life's twists, turns, up and downs. It is our goal to help you overcome the difficult circumstances that may arise from your situation, by providing expert support during your times of difficulties. At Desoto Family Counseling Center (DFCC), we offer a range of disciplines such as Medication Management, Counseling, and Occupational/Physical/Speech Therapy.

Brittany primarily works with children, adolescences and teens ranging from ages 3-18 years old. Brittany does work with adults some focusing on trauma related concerns. She has worked with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, and legal concerns. Some evidence-based techniques that she has used in sessions include, play therapy, art therapy, DBT, and trauma focused techniques.

I am open to counseling all clients. However, I specialize in counseling people with impulse control, behavioral issues, psychotic disorders, depression, anxiety, systemic family issues, and challenges regulating self-esteem and self image.

Hallie is a licensed professional counselor, a certified grief counselor, educator, pet bereavement specialist, and a certified child life specialist. I practice at MERCI, (Mental and Emotional Resource Center) in Memphis, Tennessee, providing individual sessions, focused on grief and loss, pet loss, addiction, recovery and all mental health issues. My Child Life training and 30 years of experience, provides me with the knowledge and abilities to work with children, adolescents and their families who are dealing with acute, chronic and terminal illness. Change in our lives is constant and often go unrecognized as Grief issues.

Life is multi-faceted and so are the challenges we encounter along our journey. My clients come from all walks of life, but have one thing in common- they are ready to learn and make positive changes to begin thriving again. My approach is eclectic and psychospiritual in nature. Getting InTune with your true, higher self is the ultimate goal, regardless of the phase of life you're currently experiencing.
