I have lived a lot of life and have personal experiences that drove me and inspired me to become the counselor I am today. You want freedom and peace, and it is all within you. I have worked with children and teens for 18 years, and currently focus on school age children. I offer CBT and REBT for real life issues. Specializing in anxiety, depression, ADHD, and helping you find stability in your mental health. The mission is to help you feel able and ready to tackle life in the best way.
