Current WAITlist. I'm Gwenivere Weiss (she/her). I bring a style that is warm, straightforward, and authentic. I work with themes of anxiety, moving beyond trauma, sex, sexuality, alternative relationships, and spiritual growth/challenges. Clients often come to me when they are aware of the patterns that don't work anymore, and are ready to dive into therapy to find a different way to relate to their challenges.
I am trained in Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy, EMDR for trauma resolution, Internal Family Systems and Sex Therapy from Northwest Institute of Intimacy. I have a background as a mindfulness practitioner, a Nutrition Educator, and was trained at the Graduate School of Counseling Psychology of Naropa University in Boulder.
I offer my clients tools to feel more deeply connected to themselves, others, and their purpose as well as creating real, lasting change in their lives. I have a collaborative style, and meet you right where you're at in your journey. I am deeply curious, which tends to support us in the work we do together.
