I work with adults and enjoy supporting people from all walks of life, including the LGBTQIA community.
I frequently work with clients who feel overwhelmed, even when things may look “fine” on the outside. Many describe feeling stuck, unable to turn their minds off, or carrying a constant sense of self-doubt. Others come in struggling with relationships. Often, clients are recognizing how childhood experiences or emotional wounds continue to show up in their adult lives. They’re seeking to feel more grounded, confident, and whole, and want a life that feels more aligned and authentic.
My specialties include relationships, depression, anxiety, family dynamics, and personal growth. I utilize IFS, trauma-informed approaches, polyvagal theory, ACT, and AEDP to help clients build a life that is fulfilling and aligns with their values.
I offer a consistent, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are, without needing to filter any part of yourself. My hope is that therapy feels like a place to slow down and take a breath.
