As a counselor, I have gained valuable experience working with an array of individuals, ranging through all ages of life (children through adulthood). From previous social work field experience, I have gained knowledge in anxiety, depression, intimate partner violence, childhood sexual violence, judicial systems advocacy, among other specialty areas and Masters of Social Work academia. I am working toward certification for Animal-Assisted Therapy, and will be offering AAT in practice, as well as specializing in grief and loss surrounding pets.
I am a Masters of Social Work, working toward my Masters of Social Work licensure, with numerous years of social work field work, yet one year of clinical social work experience. My approach is client-centered, geared toward meeting clients where they are, and building fundamental rapport and empowering individuals to lead joyful lives.

Crossing the Rainbow Bridge: Pet Loss Grief Group
Grief and loss know no boundaries, including mourning the loss of a beloved pet, which can hurt just as painfully as losing a loved one. It is often uncommon for those to express their loss, due to feeling they may be judged or not understood. Crossing the Rainbow Bridge creates a safe space to understand pet grief, how to move forward in healthy ways, and share stories with others about your beloved family members.
