My goal is to create a safe space for my clients to heal, grow in compassionate awareness of themselves, and develop the skills they need to live healthy, authentic lives. I am passionate about coming alongside people as they explore their stories, heal, and learn to live in line with their values, and I love approaching issues with all aspects - physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual – in mind. My hope is that my clients will not only gain tools and skills to manage life in healthier ways, but that they will leave empowered to approach themselves and others with compassion, curiosity, and patience.
In doing so, I pull from various evidence-based models to meet clients in their distinct stories and to help them grow at their own pace. I have experience working with young adults as a campus minister and university counseling intern, and I have most recently been working with adolescents and adults of all ages in an outpatient private practice setting.
