Hello! I've had the privilege of working with many clients over the past 5 years with all sorts of different backgrounds. I seek to help my clients identify their strengths and weaknesses, meet their goals, and develop more peace both internally and externally. I approach therapy from a Person Centered approach utilizing techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also try to make it as enjoyable of an experience as possible while still encouraging the hard reflections when necessary.
I believe that clients can expect to take reflections away from sessions with me. I can't do the work for my client but I can't be there every step of the way to help them make the changes they hope to make. I believe increased self awareness is step one to any lasting changes and I hope my clients can take an increase in awareness away from each session.
