Progress, not perfection. As adults we often find ourselves in transitory phases of life that bring about their own set of challenges. Whether this looks like symptoms of anxiety, depression, exiting toxic relationships, or overcoming complex traumas, I love being able to be a small part in a person’s recovery, and would love to help you in yours.
I've worked with a variety of populations over the last 20 years, & enjoy working with adults who have a motivation for positive change. I work to address treatment goals from a trauma-informed perspective, as so many challenges stem from trauma.
