I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, but I am especially passionate about working with children, families, and caregivers. I have experience working with children and adolescents with autism, families involved in the foster care system, and children who have experienced trauma. I would love to help your family navigate behavioral issues, emotional regulation, healing from traumatic experiences, and strengthening communication skills within the family unit.
I utilize attachment theory, play therapy techniques, CBT, and TF-CBT through my practice; though I acknowledge therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I am eager to work with you to determine how to best make therapy work for you. My approach is rooted in acceptance, empathy, and person-centered care.
