My approach to therapy is client-centered and trauma-focused, with a splash of humor. I have specialized training working with trauma - complex, acute and secondary trauma - as well as trauma-processing techniques (EMDR, TF-CBT). I'm also experienced working with OCD, anxiety, depression, and adolescent / young adult identity struggles.
