At Reach Counseling, we offer a wide range of counseling services for individuals of all ages, from preschool through adulthood. We are excited also to now be offering focused services to women struggling with depression and other mental health problems during the pregnancy and postpartum period. Our services for women struggling with perinatal mood disorders range from support groups and outpatient counseling to our more intensive outpatient treatment program. Life is challenging, and when the challenges outweigh resources and support, problems can begin to overwhelm individual functioning in everyday life, such as family relationships, work, school, and social activities. Our therapists come from a diverse background of professional experience and training. Recently, we have become certified in the treatment of perinatal mood disorders. We love being a part of watching clients lives change as they gain access to skills and resources that help them confront the challenges they are facing.

It's hard to say what you feel inside when what you are feeling doesn't seem to match your circumstances. You are not alone. Did you know 1 in 7 women suffers from depression, anxiety, or other disorders following pregnancy. Support groups are an effective way to help women heal and find the happiness they were looking forward to with the birth of a baby.

Teenage Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP)

Our teenage outpatient program is designed for teenagers, ages 14-18, who need a little more help than once a week therapy. We work with teenagers who are struggling with depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, behavioral and social issues, and those who are mildly on the Autism Spectrum. Our goal is to provide teenagers with the skills they need for stress management, and to help them build skills to become a successful adult.
