I work primarily with Black men and boys who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the pressure of carrying everything on their own. Many of my clients have spent years believing they had to stay strong while silently struggling. As a Black male therapist, I provide a space where they can be honest without judgment, process what has been weighing them down, and develop practical tools for lasting change. Together, we work toward greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, and a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
I know what it is like to come from a place where strength is expected and asking for help is not. I help Black men and boys work through trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, and life's challenges in a space where they can be honest, feel understood, and grow into the person they want to become.
Taking the first step can be the hardest part, especially if you have spent years carrying everything on your own. You do not have to have it all figured out before you begin. If you are ready for a space where you can be heard, challenged, and supported, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
