Continuing the legacy of grandmothers before me, I am a balabusta: creating home in body, mind, spirit, and community. My career has included birth and death work, childcare, youth work, public health education, sex + pleasure education, disability justice, and community organizing.
I am a certified EMDR Therapist and integrate DBT, IFS and Somatic approaches to help clients learn skills for living with more ease, self-compassion, embodiment. I study and work with emergent strategies, ancestral lineages, tarot, plant medicine, mindfulness, the stars, and dreams for a holistically integrated therapeutic experience.
