Hello, my name is Rayven Battles, and I am a licensed clinical social worker in California (LCSW 91756). I treat disorders including but not limited to anxiety, mood disorders, psychosis, post-traumatic stress, grief, and personality disorders. I aim to assist clients with managing stressors and achieving emotional wellness by developing appropriate coping skills, building insight, and increasing protective factors. In therapy, I use theoretical approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy depending on the individual's needs.
I have experience working with clients ages 2 to 99 years old in community based-settings, outpatient clinics, and via telehealth. I am most comfortable treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, Post Traumatic Stress disorder (PTSD), Acute Stress Disorder, Schizophrenia, Personality Disorders, Behavioral Issues, ADHD, and behavioral issues.
