ONLINE THERAPY AVAILABLE. Is the #MeToo movement bringing up past wounds? Are you a woman veteran, frustrated that the VA has no clue how to meet your unique needs? Parent of a special needs child, barely keeping it all together? Highly driven woman, accused of being selfish and heartless? You wrestle with thoughts about your disabled child that if you ever said aloud, you would certainly be judged. Your family resents who you are after your time in the military. Your career is important to you but no one seems to understand that. You have no joy after that awful prenatal diagnosis. Those feelings weren't meant to carried alone.

I get that you are FRUSTRATED. I get that your heart GRIEVES for a normal child. I get that your closest relationships are BROKEN. I get it because I have been there. I am a combat veteran and a mother to a precious little one with disabilities. I help restore your sense of hope and worth so you can work towards getting back to being present in your life.

I know what life can look like when you have a chance to work through your frustrations, grief, anxiety, and depression. I have lived through it and I'm here to help you push through the muck as well. Get back to enjoying your life instead of hiding from it. Raysha Clark's Groups

Parents of SN Kids Group

Sometimes parents just need a safe place to talk to other parents that really understand their struggles. We offer bi-weekly groups just for parents who have kids with a emotional, intellectual, physical, or developmental disability. Groups are lead by Raysha (who has a child with developmental disabilities) and are educational, supportive, and designed to help parents cope with the natural stressors associated with being a caregiver to a person with disabilities.

Women Veteran Process Group

Sometimes the VA just gets it wrong. You tried repeatedly to get an appointment with mental health, but all you got was a referral to a group that wasn't exactly what you thought it would be. Welcome to the world of many women veterans. Come meet with us every other week and surround yourself with your fellow women veterans and process the issues that the VA doesn't even acknowledge you have. This is a safe place and a place where your heart can begin to heal.
